Winner of the 2026 Emilgroup Project Awards in the Inspiration category, OLINDA is the new restaurant designed by Gervasi Destinations, created in collaboration with Morris Flooring & Design. Located in Ohio, in the United States, the project reimagines the dining experience through thoughtfully designed spaces and materials that give the environments a strong and recognisable identity.

The highlight of the entrance area is the Tele di Marmo Lumia collection in the Labradorite shade, used in large 120×278 cm slabs to cover the walls. The rich texture and iridescent effects of the surface enhance the architecture of this area, transforming it into one of the project’s defining features. The spaces are complemented by Essential Brick by Ergon Made in USA in the Nero shade, enhanced by Deco Arco 3D, which adds rhythm and depth to the surfaces with its three-dimensional effect.

The large Level Marmi slabs in the White Siena shade are used for the restaurant counter and tables. The delicate vein patterns and luminosity of the surface create an elegant contrast with the darker tones of the other materials, while the use of the same collection for furnishings and surfaces helps reinforce the project’s visual continuity. The result is a harmonious and refined space, where every element interacts naturally with the others.
